{Happy New Year}

We made it! We survived 2009 ~ Thank you Jesus!!!

I am thankful for my family, friends and my blog readers. I know
I lost my blogging momentum towards the end of the year....But life {family} caught up with me.

I have made several changes to our Website and Business. I can't wait to share my ideas and creativity with you.

Cleaning Crew Needed

We didn't have much to blog about today... Since we've been in trouble all weekend. My husband made us clean the garage and then I shifted to my boutique. Someone tell me why would I do such a thing when I have tons of work to do.

So here's the cleaned parts of my boutique.

Hopefully I'll finish tonight.

{Chair is not just a Chair}

When purchasing a chair for your home or office the process normally consists of sitting is various chairs. Visualizing the chair in your home/office and ensuring that is the “right fit for you.”

The same applies for your invitation. It should not only show the Who, What, When, Where and Why. But, it should be a directi reflection of your personality and style.

At T.evenire, we take the time to allow you to design every element of your invitations. We start with a blank sheet of paper and we bring your personality to life.

We recently designed an invitation for the “Dollison’s Holiday Soiree.”
This is not just your ordinary “cookie-cutter party invitation”.

It is a double layered invite with a bow-tie ribbon. It also has a coordinating envelope liner. The artwork was custom designed to be a part of their family crest.

I can’t wait to design other pieces using their motif.

{T.evenire goes to the Prom}

How often do you give to someone unconditionally without concern for money or your needs?

Every year Covenant House Georgia has their Annual Prom for Homeless Youth in Atlanta. We have been apart of this worthy event for the past 3 years. This year was the first time we saw the arrival of the kids. I was moved to tears to see the look on their faces when the arrived at the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center. There were no fancy cars, limos or waiting parents with camera in hand. These were just precious teenagers coming together to be a part of something that our children take for granted!

They even voted for King & Queen of the Prom.

Here are a few pics of the event.

Atlanta Comtemporay Art Center, Photo Factory Digital Photography, Q-Time Restaurant, Publix, Becca's Closet, Savvi Formal Wear, Cinderella's Closet, Georgia Engagement, The Family Atlanta, The Atlanta Blackhawks, Mr. & Mrs. Terry Nixon, Ms. Claudia Law, Dynamic Cuts, Pepsi, Arnold Padricks' - University of Cosmotology, the CSC A-Team and a host of volunteer.

If you would like more information on the Covenant House, please visit their website at www.covenanthousega.org

Next year I will be contacting local vendors to give the workers a rest.. with the help of Atlanta's Finest..I am confident that we will provide them with an AWESOME event!"

Setting the Perfect Table

As a teenage military brat, my first job was a "bus girl" at the Officer's Club. My responsibility was to clean and reset the table as quickly as possible. As an adult I often reflect on those days around the holidays'. So today I want you show you how to set the perfect table.

While surfing the net, I came across the neatest tool to help you set your table. You simply click on the items that you will need for your table and it shows you the proper placement. Too cute!

After you have the proper placement of the utensils, you're not quite finished.

You have to add you! Huh?

Your perfect table should reflect your personal style. It is a direct statement to each of your guests that tells your story.

Here's our story..
Thanksgiving 2009
Smith Estate
We wanted our family to feel love, warmth with a touch of uniqueness.

We can't go to each of your homes to set your table but we can design pieces that will leave a lasting impression on each of your guests.

We can design menus, placecards, coordinating napkins wraps and tags that will compliment your style.

Call us so that we can help set your table and tell your story!

Unique's Sweet 16 Celebration

Recently we had the opportunity to work with Miss Unique. Unique was a very detailed teenager and allowed me to custom design various pieces for her 16th Birthday Dinner Celebration.

{Invitations, Menus, Favor Box & VIP PASS}

{Red Carpet Entrance w/balloon decor}

The party continued with a Hummer Limo through Atlanta and a Sleepover at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead. Professional photos will be posted when I receive them.
