It's been soooo long since I've blogged. Life happened again!!! I have had several family issues both good and bad. But God is AMAZING through it all. We are well and still in business.. just trying to adjust to this new phase in my life.

I have fallen head over heels in love with "Couponing" and now work fulltime in our family business.

She was such a BEAUTIFUL bride!

We had a 2nd line and custom designed Mardi Gras umbrellas.

It truly brought back memories of my childhood.

Each guest received apple candy and custom designed handkerchiefs in the couples wedding colors.

This wedding was truly unique ~ because of its detailing and because the groom is my favorite DJ

{Derrick of Glass D Entertainment}.

From the moment we opened the dancefloor, the guests danced the entire time.

Derricks' staff was AMAZING!!! Wow is I can say and I'm an even bigger fan!!!

I know I'm often talking about my kids and our BUSY life. Hopefully this will help someone maintain order in their home.

We often treat our home like a business. Each child is a board member {which means that have stock in the family} and my husband is the Chief Financial Officer and I am the Household Executive Manager. {With lots of benefits!!}.

We have monthly meetings and emergency meetings that can be called by each board member.

We have schedules for our daily activities. And a chore list for each child.

There are those rare times when my kids' really don't like how I can make even chores looks soooo cute!!

{Life On The Go ~ Documents To Go}

As a busy mom and business woman I often find myself sending hours waiting for my kids to finish practices {baseball, cheerleading, band and gymnastics}. Or I often have to send my clients information while I'm on the go.

I've decided to utilize my time wisely and add features/apps to my iPhone that will effectively assist me with my life on the go. The app I want to introduce to you today is...

Documents To Go.

Documents To Go can be purchased through the app store or from www.dataviz.com. I purchased mine months ago for $9.99. And it's worth every cent + $$$!

Documents to go is the MS Office suite for your smartphone. You can perform many of the same functions as the desktop version. This app is very easy and a MAJOR part of my iPhone usage.

I've created and updated my clients timeline during the final meeting. I was able to update a spreadsheet while at the park. And I was even able to make changes to my client's contract and emailed it for my clients approval while sitting in my car.

There are a few requirements.

To access the file email portion you must have an approved type of email account. My aol account didn't work with this app.

Files are transferred through wifi, therefore, you must have wifi on your smartphone and computer. And they must be on the same network during transmission.

Please read the system requirements for further details.

After several years of trying to acquire my original domain name (www.tevenire.com} I'm finally going to say goodbye and move on! (AKA ~ I'm out of business cards with the old domain name)

Have you ever put your heart and tears into something that you accidently lost. Well, that's how I feel about my domain name. If you visit the site ~ I HATE IT THE LOOK!!! But the domain name was my baby.

Some person in Russia has bought the name and won't release it. So today I release it!! I'm no longer going to check it or attempt to get it back.

What do you have in your life that you are holding on to that you really need to let go? Is it a past relationship, friends or old clothes? I have wasted sooo much energy on this fight that I just can't win.

So here's to letting go of the past...so that you can conquer the future!

{Clean Your Keyboard Day!!}

I recently took a good hard look down!

{At my keyboard}

I spend at least 6 hrs a day at my computer (designing, eating and drinking). You can just imagine the amount of crumbs and liquids that are accidentally spilled on keyboards daily.

I never thought that my keyboard could actually make me sick! But, keyboards can actually be as dirty as door knobs, money and even dirtier than the average toilet seat. One common bug that has been associated with a dirty keyboard is staphylococcus aureus, a classic causer of food poisoning with symptoms such as nausea and diarrhea. Stomach sickness caught from computer equipment has been commonly called "qwerty tummy" after the "Q-W-E-R-T-Y" keys on the keyboard. I guess I have been living under a rock. Because I’ve never heard of this type of illness nor have I thought about my dirty keyboard.

After researching this topic I began a campaign to everyone I know..

Here are some Keyboard Cleaning Tips

Regular Cleaning: Tools you need – To remove the dust particles, periodic cleaning of keyboard is required. Following tools are helpful to clean the keyboard:

• A can of compressed air • Dry, soft cotton cloths • Cleaning fluid or isopropyl alcohol • Cotton buds (Q-tips)

Regular Cleaning: Steps

• You should turn off the computer and unplug the keyboard. • In order to displace the grime, dirt and food particles, you should spray the compressed air between the keyboard keys. • Gently shake the keyboard while holding it upside down. By doing this the dirt will fall down. • To clean the sides of the keys, you can use a cotton bud and apply two or three drops of isopropyl alcohol or cleaning fluid on the bud. • To clean the surface of keyboard you can again use isopropyl alcohol or cleaning fluid and apply it to a soft cloth. If some keys of the keyboard becomes unresponsive then following tools are required for thorough cleaning:

• Soft, dry cotton • Hand-held vacuum cleanser • Toothbrush • Cotton buds • A can of compressed air • Paper and pen, or a digital camera • Cleaning fluid or isopropyl alcohol • Flat-head screwdriver (or letter opener)

Thorough Cleaning: Steps

• You should follow the above four steps first. • You should draw the structure of the keys or take a picture of keyboard. • In order to see inside the keyboard, you should gently remove the keys with the help of flat-head screwdriver. • A hand-held vacuum cleaner with lowest setting should be used to get rid of grime and dirt. • With the help of toothbrush and cleaning fluid, the keys should be cleaned one by one. It is a time consuming process and requires patience to clean the keyboard. • You should place them on their respective positions when the keys have dried. You may take the help of the picture or the drawing of keyboard. Although replacing the keys is the most difficult task but once you have achieved it, your keyboard looks appealing and cleaning also helps in preventing contagious and infectious diseases.

So the next time you use the computer (please check the keys..if they are dirty!! It's time to clean!)

Have you ever been working a file/design, just wanted to take of snap shot of your screen to share with others or just to document various tasks?

Since I’m a technology nerd ~ I’m always finding new paths/new problems and I have to contact tech support to resolve my issue. Most of the times they are great and I really want to document the steps, but I can never write them down fast enough. So I capture my screen after each step to document the solutions.

Have you noticed how clean my desktop is?

I have a folder called Please file {that's where I hide all of my junk :) }

Here are a few of the trick I have used. I hope they are helpful to you!

Mac users

Command + Shift + 3 = a jpg will be placed on your desktop

Command + Shift + 4 = cross hair cursor will appear to allow you to select the area you wish to capture.

Control + Command + Shift + 3 or 4 = instead of creating a file on your desktop, copies the capture into your Clipboard memory, so you can paste it where you want. (You can even paste it directly into Photoshop.)

Or to get a the ultimate Tip!!!

Command + Shift + 4, then press the spacebar. Instead of cross-hair cursor, a small camera icon appears. When you move this camera icon over the desired area you’d like to capture, the area will be highlighted. Click your mouse and you’ve captured a clean screenshot and no need to cleanup in Photoshop!

Can you see the difference? Simply amazing trick!

PC Users

Simply press Shift + Print Screen then paste in desired location.

{41st Tailgate Birthday Celebration}

Earlier this month we surprised my husband with a "41st Tailgate Birthday Celebration".

The kids were soo excited to take part in the planning process. From the ticket style invitations to the custom designed cake by "Perfect Wedding Cake" the kids really showed their dad with lots of love and creativity!

Trust me they were all business with the vendors. They were even tough on me while I was designing the invitations. One of the vendors commented on how detailed they were..especially the 7 year old!

The past week has been a difficult week. Two of our loved ones passed and we have traveled miles to be with family and friends. Even though the services were miles apart they were very similar. The both were saved men, trustees of the church are greatest workers for the kingdom. But the one factor that touched me most was the strength of their wives!!

These women demonstrated to we how a Christian woman is to honor her husband during the time of bereavement. They both pulled their families together and declared that we will see them again if we get our lives together.

That leads me to the topic of my blog. {God had given us a new day!}

What will you do with this new opportunity? Will you sit in angry or disbelief of your current situation? Or will you use the resources that God bestows upon is daily to change your destiny. Well, I plan to take advantage of what God has given to me.

For the non-believers ~ "if life gives you lemons...make lemonade." (Just don't forget the sweetner {Jesus ~ the sweet gift that God could have given to us}).

As I flew from Virginia last night I was in awe at the site of His Glory.

Today is my 40th birthday and if someone would have told me that I would be having the time of my life I would have argued that point in sheer disbelief. Well...I am loving my life!

I have decided to celebrate my 40th the entire year of 2010. That's right from January 1 to December 31 (my daddy's bday), I'm doing something each month for me.

I have shipped my kids off to loved one for some "me" time. And I have allowed my husband to share my moment. (Thanks babe!!)

In ever woman's life a new age brings a new change. I have changed soooo much this year I needed to be without kids to adjust to the new me!

June is the month that I am developing the new me personally and professionally. I can't wait to share the changes.

Thank you Jesus, you really have a sense of humor! As I write this I am trying to fight the tears...cuz you know that you have done things this year (even 10 minutes ago) that have had me laughing in awe at your GLORY!!

This time last year I had the honor of designing the Nelson's magical day. This wedding redefined me as a planner and person. Mona and Derric taught me and my family that wedding planning is not just a business. But it's a relationship builder.

We shared prayers during her mother's illness, laughed over "hair drama" and remained calm during difficult moments.

The Nelson's will always hold a special place in my heart and home!

I consider myself to be a “girly-girl,” because, I love all things pretty and especially fuchsia and black! I’m an absolute gadget queen and obsessive Mac lover!! Most women get excited about a shopping trip to a clothing store, I like to shop. But I can spend hours in an office supply store!!! This week as I prepared to travel out of town I visited Office Depot and found the cutest thing.

It’s a Post-It Note Dispenser.

OMG {Oh My Goodness!!!} ~ I’m not a fan of post-its, but I LOVE THIS PURSE. If you’ve ever visited my boutique, you would know that this item is soooo me! I have rod-iron purses and mannequins throughout my boutique, and now I have mini post-it purse dispensers to match my décor.

Please don’t ask me how many of these purses I bought. Let’s just say, that I know what some are getting for Christmas =)

It's been exactly 30 days since I last blogged. I have been soooo busy with work, sick kids (flu) and life. Please forgive and I will try to keep up with my daily blog.

So much has happened and I have a new BFF! I've upgraded my life and got a new Metro phone. The new phone has a full keyboard and I'm a texting queen.

Last night my WONDERFUL husband and I attended the Get Married Soiree. This is event was AWESOME. From the food to the decor to the facility. Everything was wonderful! This was our first time at the Opera Club and we were pleasantly surprised! This venue was HUGE. There several levels and a perfect location for such an event. This event was sold out at 700 guests. Sunday, I had the pleasure of taking one of my December brides on a venue trip to the Four Seasons..and what better time to visit! They were having their annual {A Bride for All Season ~ a afternoon of bridal luxury}. The room was simply beautiful and we had a FABULOUS time! Here are a few pictures from our visit!

I love technology and I LOVE my iPhone. I love the many features and security that it/they provide me. I utilize my iPhone not just to make calls but to act as my mobile office. Weekly I will explore the different features, Apps and uses for the iPhone and various tech gadgets that I use to make my life run smoothly!!

And hopefully, you too will develop a love {or a deeper love} for the iPhone and technology.

There is no need to purchase an App to grab/take a picture of your current screen. This neat feature is free and is standard on most iPhones.

Here are the steps:
1. Display the screen/image you wish to capture/take a picture of on the current screen.
2. Press and Hold the Home Button
3. Press the Sleep button
4. You will see a flashing light and that’s it!
5. The image will be saved in your Camera Roll.

For the people that are visual learners {like me}

The New Year brings many new ideas and new opportunities. To me it brought a new awareness to who, what and why..to my existence on this earth {personal & business}.

Here's what I've decided!

Since were unlike any other company out there. {An Invitation Designer that Plans/Coordinates weddings or a Coordinator/Planner that Custom Designs Invitations} Either way I've had several people to tell that I have to select one and stop doing the other. Or else vendors/other wedding professionals won't refer me to their clients.

Well, since I'm a leader/trendsetter not a follower. I've decided to create my own category in the wonderful world of Weddings and Event Planning!

{About My Design}

In September I had the honor of being apart of the Atlantan Brides Evening of Luxury held at the Hotel Palomar.

This event showcased elite wedding professionals in the industry. I was challenged to design a table that was "Funky/Eclectic ~ capturing the true personality of the bride and groom."

Anyone that knows me..knows that I am far from Funky! Chic & Sassy..Yes! Funky ~ No!! But I had an awesome time in the design process.

I designed this table using 6 round tables and formed a circle with one table on top to resemble a flower with petals. {I love the 60's retro flower}

Knocking Live Video™ World’s First Broadcast App for iPhone

This app was developed by Pointy Heads. With this app you will be able to Stream Mobile-to-Mobile Video-Sharing for iPhone Users. This app launched in December ’09.

It is the coolest by far for the iPhone. It will allow you to eliminate the ‘upload, send, download’ process, you will be able to establish live, device-to-device connectivity regardless of distance.

Knocking Live Video creates an instant, device-to-device connection allowing one iPhone user to broadcast live streaming video to another iPhone.

Mobile users once got a call, an e-mail, text or multimedia message, they now get a knock.

Downside to this app is that there is no sound…but great for streaming kids performances to awaiting parents.

To download go to the app icon on your iPhone.

{Chair is not just a Chair}

When purchasing a chair for your home or office the process normally consists of sitting is various chairs. Visualizing the chair in your home/office and ensuring that is the “right fit for you.”

The same applies for your invitation. It should not only show the Who, What, When, Where and Why. But, it should be a directi reflection of your personality and style.

At T.evenire, we take the time to allow you to design every element of your invitations. We start with a blank sheet of paper and we bring your personality to life.

We recently designed an invitation for the “Dollison’s Holiday Soiree.”
This is not just your ordinary “cookie-cutter party invitation”.

It is a double layered invite with a bow-tie ribbon. It also has a coordinating envelope liner. The artwork was custom designed to be a part of their family crest.

I can’t wait to design other pieces using their motif.

How often do you give to someone unconditionally without concern for money or your needs?

Every year Covenant House Georgia has their Annual Prom for Homeless Youth in Atlanta. We have been apart of this worthy event for the past 3 years. This year was the first time we saw the arrival of the kids. I was moved to tears to see the look on their faces when the arrived at the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center. There were no fancy cars, limos or waiting parents with camera in hand. These were just precious teenagers coming together to be a part of something that our children take for granted!

They even voted for King & Queen of the Prom.

I recently came across a website that I found very interesting. With 3 girls of my own, I never imagined either of them wearing my wedding gown. I found a better use for it in my boutique.

The site I found was the perfect alternative to hanging your gown "on the wall."

On June 20th of this year I was hired to coordinate the wedding of... Paul and Satura.

Their wedding took place at the Four Seasons ~ Downtown Atlanta location. I was initially hired by the mother of the bride and I instantly feel in love the the family.

Satura is a JAG {U.S. Air Force Attorney} [soooo cool] and we met 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Her wedding was planned totally via email. I think we did a great job!!

{Monday Madness}

As I begin this Monday..I am returning for a crazy week & weekend.

My little girls 6 & 10 along with my husband had the flu.

On Friday, my body began to weaken so my “loving parents” drove an 1 ½ to deliver me my mom’s “Homemade Soup.”

Well…by Saturday morning my Dad was admitted into the hospital with blood clots in his leg and lungs.

My dad is a traditional “Alka Seltzer” man. He is a non-medicine man.. He believes that an “Alka Seltzer” can fix anything. (from childbirth to brain tumor and after a while you will really begin to believe him too!)

Upon our arrival to to the hospital my family...my mother included.. We were informed by my dad that after a thorough web search..he thought his symptoms (that he had been experiencing for nearly a week.. swelling of the leg, numbness and pain) deemed it necessary to seek medical advise.

Thank God for WebMD.

Since my mom wasn't going to leave my dad in the hospital alone... She moved in too!

My sister and I were prepared to stay for a long visit, however, my dad informed us that he was not sick, he enjoyed our visit...but go home!
Ok Daddy ~ we can take a hint.

And I joined an Online Twitter Weight Watchers group. It is my goal “To be fine…In “09" and win the $500 prize! So when you see me and I’m looking kinda deprived of sugar (Hungry).. Just know that I’m on a mission!

In June my mom graduated from college.. It's taken me this long to blog about it because....I got the new iPhone 3Gs and in the excitement..I forgot to download the photos..

At the age of 60 she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Middle Georgia Techical College. She had been working as a "Lunch Lady {Head Cashier}" for 18 years and 4 months prior to her retirment in January. She decided to pursue her 1st love of teaching in 2006. Now that she has her degree and has retired from the school system she is a {part-time} substitue teacher. Huh? Basically she is enjoying the retirment life so much..that may work once a month. She plans on exploring other educational opportunities.

{Technology Thursday<---Time Machine}

The Flu hit our home hard..Not only were 2 of my 4 children ill but my husband and {{{{My iMac}}}}

My iMac was suffering from a blank screen. NOT GOOD.. But thank God..I purchase {AppleCare} <----warranty program from Apple {my cost $169.00}.

Her appointment was at 8pm on Wednesday..all the way in Buford at the Mall of Georgia. Well like any good parent, I drove an hour to get her well.

Just imagine my shock when Dr. Apppleman {Genius Bar Technician} informed me that my baby was dying {she needed a new hard drive} What?? I did not backup my data!

Now~ that panic that I just experienced has led me to introduce

{Technology Thursday}

Starting today and on every Thursday..I will introduce a form of Technology that will save of time or money.. and even both.

Todays' {Technology Thursday} is for the iMac..

Set it, then forget it.

Prior to our daughter going to college she received a laptop that had a program called {Skype}. She was overjoyed to get the computer and the software. It wasn't until last night that I realized the greater value on this program. I was amazed that we were actually able to see each other in "real time.".

Wow!! Seeing her nearly brought me to tears. Why...I don't know?? I just saw her 2 days ago! She has been using it since she arrived at school to talk to many of her friends in other parts of the country.
The best part of this applications...It's {{{{FREE!!!!}}}
I am using Skype on an iMac and she is using a Toshiba laptop. There is an app for the iPhone..but currently the due to contractual restrictions..Calling is not permitted.

{Tiffany Inspired Sweet 16}

By the time a little girl reaches the age of 13 she is sooo excited about turning 16. Not all girls dream of a lavish over the top "Super Sweet 16".

Some girls choose to have a private gathering with family and friends. We had the pleasure of working with Brianna to plan her 16th Birthday Celebration.

She selected a {Tiffany Inspired Boxed Invitation}. This invitation was custom designed using Robins Eggs Metallic Paper. The designed was designed to resemble an actual Tiffany Box TM with their signature white satin ribbon. We added an extra element of surprise for the guest by adding Swarvoski Rhinestone on her "Signture Tag" and on the inside of the invitation.
Each invitation was had delivered and was loved by all.

{Cakes by Lameeka} designed the cake to match the The Tiffany Inspired Box.

This event was truly a dream come true for Brianna. {Since this was a private event, we will respect out client's request to not publish the intimate details of her day}

Cakes by Lameeka will be on exhibit this Sunday, August 16 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the Porter Sanford Performing Arts Center. {The First Annual Bridal Show and Taste of Dekalb County}. Please stop by her booth and tell her I said "hi!!"

Today my baby {my 18 year old daughter} is leaving the nest.

We are moving her into her college dorm. She will be on her own. Wow!! Where did the time go? From the first time I held her in my arms, she has been a blessing to me.

She has developed into an awesome “Woman of God” and I am soooo proud of her. She has been my right hand and this is really gonna be learning experience for both of us. We have been attached since birth and we both need to “cut the cord” so that she can transform into the “Beautiful Woman” that God designed.

So please pray for both of us as we embark on a new path!!

I am overwhelmed with sheer excitement about my iPhone. Have I stated how much I love Ms. Pretty {my iPhone}? I have been on the go since the 4th of July and I have truly missed blogging.

Well all of that is about to change! As of today I am able to blog on Ms. Pretty. The app I'm using is called BlogPress. And it is well worth the $2.99 price tag.This app supports many platforms from WordPress to Blogger.

I am truly saddened by news of Michael Jackson's passing on yesterday. Michael Joseph Jackson was loved by many including me!!!

He will be missed by many family, friends and fans. My heart goes out the the entire Jackson family especially his mother. I have often heard that is hard for a mother to mourn the death of her child. I can only imagine what she is going through this morning.

I can mourn him as a fan..but what about those that grieve for him as a friend, brother or dad? Last night after hearing the news..I was shocked and disoriented for a moment. I was speaking with a friend of mine she was most concerned about his soul!

And that should be our prayer this morning. Yes, Michael Jackson was the "King of Pop" but... Did he know the "Everlasting King?" We should use moment is time to "get right with God!"

I prayerfully submit this blog in the memory of Micheal Jackson and the love he shared for us all. He sacrificed his life and his privacy to give us his music... and on this day...I would only pray that we would give his family and "real" friends the privacy to mourn in peace.

{Stone Mountain Riverboat Ride with ISES}

Last week I had the opportunity to attend the June Atlanta ISES Meeting. This meeting unlike your normal association meeting. It was unique because we took a cruise on a New Orleans-style paddle riverboat. The cruise was sponsored by Stone Mountain Park, Stone Mountain Commons Restaurant and Penquin Productions.

The 300 passenger paddlewheel river boat allowed us to enjoy the scenic Stone Mountain Lake. We dined on Fine food, and a surprise "casino".

Upon our arrival we were given mardi gras beads and were welcomed with the feeling of the "Big Easy" As an native of Louisiana... It a welcoming feeling of home! I enjoyed every aspect of the ride..from the top deck crusing, caricature artist..to the warm conversation. I look forward to attending the next meeting.

From the first moment I met Christiana at the Berkeley Hills Country Club... I knew she was different. At the show she knew exactly the design she desired for her wedding programs. She even told me that she would call me the next day!

She was right!!! By Monday morning she had scheduled an afternoon consultation and by 6pm on the same day...she had placed her order!

I really enjoyed working on this project because she allowed to me an added feature to her design.. From her vision I created the "Clutch StyleTM" Wedding Program.

This designs features a modern twist to the traditional program. I used a bamboo paper to add the element of surprise for the guests. It was pleasing to the eye as well as the fingertips! This compact designed wedding program was small enough to ft in the inside pocket of the grooms' tuxedo and well as her mother's purse.

{My Surprise Birthday Party}

For my birthday my husband took me on an imac/iphone shopping trip!! (What fun!!) Once we returned..my little girls (10&6) along with my 14 son..planned a surprise birthday party for me. I entered the house to a handmade balloon drop and our dining room filled with balloons. (They have been taking notes on how to add the element of surprise to a room). We dined on Fruit Loops, Animal Crackers, Hi-C Orange Drink and Sunny Delight. The girls dressed me in a very pretty white sundress with a fushia straw hat..I even had fushia (winter gloves) to match!! I was presented with the following awards: Best Mom of their lifetime...Best Mom of the Year and a medal for Greatest Mom ever!! We had to make several phone calls to cancel the neighbors from attending such a beautiful event!!!!!

I am so grateful, to be alive today!! Today is my 39th Birthday..and as usual I began work around 5:30 a.m. While I was in my boutique, (around 7am)I heard from a distance the singing of "Happy Birthday," to my surprise....My babies cooked me my "Country Breakfast!"

Wow...I live such a privileged life!!! God has truly been AWESOME!!! Words cannot express how blessed I am...My heart is filled with just GREAT JOY!!!! And my heart longs to service and Honor my God. So for my Birthday..I want to give Jesus to you! He will restore, develop and embrace you ..at whatever place you are in your life..And trust me...if He can show up and show out..in my life!!! He can do wonders for yours..Be Blessed!!

Recently Danielle {the Atlantan Brides} & Jessica {Peachtree Photography} visited us for our photo shoot. I had soo much fun and Jessica is amazing. It was a hard process to pick the perfect invitation for the magazine..so I picked Danielle's favorite. On yesterday I was able to see why Danielle selected "Autumn Dreams". I agree Danielle, it is the perfect design! With Jessica's eye..she captured my vision of how I wanted it to be displayed. WOW!!!

I recently attended a vendors luncheon at Pemberly (the private residence of Owen & Lawrence) in the Buckhead community sponsored by the Atlantan Brides Magazine.

Pemberly creates the perfect environment for a wedding or special event. It offers an intimate atmosphere in an Buckhead Estate. The garden creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for a wedding ceremony with plenty of room for seating guests on three sides of the garden.

The home is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful "flow" so that guests have plenty of room to mingle.

During this visit we also had the opportunity to preview the newest collection of China and Crystal from Baccarat, Arzbery & L'objet.

As I write on this day..I can't seem to express myself like I normally do. My heart goes out to a family at my church, that just lost their mother. The children are the ages of my babies and I can't even imagine the sadness they are going through. I am also reminded of "J" who lost his mom to breast cancer several years ago..

Well, it's the countdown for the Class of 2009! "My baby, ain't no baby any more!" She is constantly reminding me that she will be graduating from high school on the 23rd of May. She has blossomed into a real beauty!

I am very proud of the way she carries herself and her circle of friends (she says she only has 4). Like Jamie Fox sang in "Dream Girls" She really was/is my dream.. I prayed for a daughter nearly 18 years ago. And God "really showed out" with Ms. Jackson!!!!

Oh.. By the way!! Ms. Lady finally approved her graduation announcements!!!

This design is a 5x5 square 3 layered announcement with Swarvoski crystal outlining the custom monogram. Once the knotted bow is unassembled, it will reveal her full name with Swarovski accents. The ribbon pocket is used to stabilize her gift registry. This is truly a beautiful announcement..perfectly fitting for a beautiful young lady!

My oldest daughter is leaving for her 1st trip away from home in the morning..when she returns she will be going to her Sr. Prom. then she will be graduating in 25 days!! My son's voice sounds like Barry White.. My 10 year old says she needs a bra and my six year old asked me to stop treating her like a baby (as she climbs in my lap)!!!!

Over the weekend I played a practical joke on my sister. I decided that it was time to plan her wedding.. Well! The interesting fact is that she is not engaged..dating or has a boyfriend!

Eagles' Landing Bridal Show

Since our last post to say that we have been busy...is an UNDERSTATEMENT. This past Sunday we are a part of the Eagles' Landing Country Club Bridal Show.

I had sooo much fun meeting all of the bride's and their family members and well as the other vendors and the staff of Eagles' Landing. A special thank you goes to Lisa & Beth.. You are the Greatest.. See you at Archivers!!!!

It is also graduation season.. My oldest daughter is graduating and you can just imagine what I'm going through! She doesn't just want any kind of announcement.. She is actually my client! Wow!!! Is she ever picky.. I will keep you updated on her design process. Thanks
